A much-awaited feature to let you hide your online status is arriving for Honkai: Star Rail players in version 2.2.
Honkai: Star Rail has carved out a niche with its vibrant universe and engaging gameplay in the world of free-to-play RPGs. Developed by HoYoverse, the game offers an expansive journey across galaxies, inviting players to solve mysteries and battle cosmic threats. Alongside a rich narrative and complex character dynamics, the game has steadily introduced quality-of-life updates to enhance player experience.
With the imminent release of Version 2.2, Honkai: Star Rail is set to deliver a robust package of updates that includes not only new content but also much-anticipated quality-of-life improvements, like an easier team setup feature and the ability to see your friends’ team setup. Among these updates, a notable feature allows players to manage their online visibility.
This new feature was highlighted in the “Voice of the Galaxy | Update Radio V2.2” broadcast.
In the upcoming 2.2 update, players will have the ability to hide their online status. This feature is accessed through a new option in the settings menu, asking, “Do you want to make your online status public?” with a dropdown to select ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’
Moreover, the process of adjusting this setting is straightforward and user-friendly. By accessing the “Social Settings” through “Settings” or the bottom right corner of their “Trailblazer Profile,” players can choose whether to publicly display their information. This customization ensures that players can control their privacy according to their preferences.
The anticipation for Version 2.2 extends beyond privacy features. The update is packed with new events, characters, Robin and Boothill, and banners that enrich the game’s universe and expand the gameplay options available to players.
