How to Get Ghost Glider in Enshrouded
The Ghost Glider is not just any glider; it’s the pinnacle of gliding technology in Enshrouded, boasting an extraordinary 250% range and 25 speed.
The Ghost Glider is a powerful upgrade that allows you to glide more than twice as far as the Advanced Glider.
What’s more, obtaining this upgrade doesn’t involve extensive preparation or combat, making it a must-have for every adventurer. Just make sure to have some equipment, bows, Lock Pick, and a Grappling Hook to make your journey easier.
Navigate to Ancient Spire – Kindlewastes Fast Travel
To start your journey to find the Ghost Glider, you should teleport to the Ancient Spire – Kindlewastes Fast Travel.
To make your journey easier, especially if you’re low on supplies like arrows, bring an extra Flame Altar with you. You can check this by looking at your map and the Active Altars on the left side. You can place up to seven of those so make sure to leave a slot for the start of your journey to get the Ghost Glider.
Navigate to the Sun Temple
Once you’re at the Ancient Spire Fast Travel, glide to the southeast of the world. You are most likely to land around the Red Shroud area. Be cautious of the Red Shroud area, as it can be instantly fatal.
The region is home to level 30 creatures, including dangerous Dragon Birds so make sure to be stealthy when coming into this area.
You can make your way to the Sun Temple without entering the Red Shroud area.
The entrance to the Sun Temple will be closed off, and you will need to click the buttons to open the door. The lights above the door indicate how many buttons you need to find and how many buttons you have clicked.
To enter the Sun Temple, you should first shoot the buttons located at the front of the temple. Lastly, shoot the button behind you located at an arch.
It is best to add a Flame Altar at this location to ensure you can travel back easily in case something unexpected happens or you are low on bows and need to restock.
Inside the Sun Temple
Once at the Sun Temple, you’ll engage in a series of puzzles involving shooting/clicking buttons to open doors. If you aggro any high-level creatures, like the Matron Scavenger, use strategic locations to gain an upper hand or avoid combat altogether.
Find this door and locate the buttons to open this door. This will lead to the staircase to get to the top of the Temple.
Some buttons are hidden so make sure to look out your surroundings to make sure you don’t miss these buttons.
In case you don’t want to find these buttons, there is another way to open the door to the top of the Temple. You just need to use a Pickaxe to destroy the wall near the left side of the door.
Note that this may be patched soon, but this is an easier way to open the door to the staircase and continue your journey.
Reach the Glider
Once you have entered the next level of the Temple, face north and follow the stairs to go up until you reach this door. Once you enter, close the door immediately so that enemies from the outside cannot attack you.
Grapple from this location to reach the very top of the Temple.
After navigating the temple’s puzzles and potential threats, you’ll find the Ghost Glider in a golden chest at the top. This is where your journey pays off, and you get to claim the best glider in the game.
