Genshin Impact is an open-world role-playing game released in September 2020 by HoYoverse (previously miHoYo) for PC, PS4, and mobile. Travelers can explore the world of Teyvat and enjoy the story, characters, and action-packed gameplay. Players may also enjoy many in-game rewards, such as Primogems for their character and weapon pulls, by using Genshin Impact codes!

How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes
Travelers must first complete the Archon Quest “Unexpected Power in Prologue: Act I – The Outlander Who Caught the Wind” to unlock the Mail feature to receive their code rewards. Players may then choose two ways to claim these Genshin Impact codes:
In-Game Redemption
To redeem Genshin Impact codes in-game, Travelers must:
- Log into the game.
- Open the options menu (Esc for PC, Paimon on the top-left of mobile)
- Head to Settings and find Account.
- Click on ‘Redeem Code’.
- Type or paste the redemption code you wish to obtain.
Website Redemption
To redeem Genshin Impact codes on the website, Travelers must:
- Log into the official Genshin Impact redemption website.
- Choose the server you play in, and your character’s nickname should also appear.
- Type or paste the redeem code then press ‘Redeem’.
- Check your in-game mail to see if you’ve received the rewards.
If you haven’t received the rewards, restart the game and check your in-game mail again. Genshin Impact codes can only be claimed once per character, so remember! Upon redemption, these rewards will remain in your Mail for only 30 days.
