Chiori, the 5-Star Geo Character
Chiori is the newest 5-Star Geo character released in the first phase of Genshin Impact version 4.5. Her limited-time banner, alongside Arataki Itto’s, will be available from March 13 until April 2, 2024. Her banner also includes Gorou, Yun Jin, and Dori. Her signature weapon, Uraku Misugiri, will also be available in the weapons banner.
Character Overview
Chiori is the owner of the Chioriya Boutique and a tailor renowned throughout Fontaine. She is a damage dealer who can flexibly choose offensive tactics based on their party composition.
Character Voice Overs and Hearsays
I am Chiori, the owner of Chioriya Boutique. Feel free to find me if you’d like to commission any tailor-made outfits. As for any other requests, it all depends on whether you have enough to offer in exchange. Just the rules of the “business” – you scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours. Also, smoking, drinking, and causing a ruckus are all strictly prohibited within the Boutique. That whole “the customer is king” concept doesn’t fly here… And even when royalty does come into the shop, if they don’t adhere to the rules, they’ll find themselves being tossed out and kissing the pavement just like anyone else.
Who says you have to use scissors to cut clothes? Leave those rigid rules behind. I much prefer using my own cutting tools.
…This reminds me of home. (Pertaining to Inazuma)
Many have expressed displeasure both publicly and privately about my personality, and have complained that my words can be hurtful. But, if you ask me, all those showy pleasantries, greetings, and compliments are far more of a waste of everyone’s time. If simply stating the facts seems hurtful, then perhaps they are too insecure.
Tamoto is my first masterpiece. At the time, I was just thinking to stitch together a puppet girl who looked like me to be my model and assistant. Huh? What about a companion? No, I have no need for that.
I can’t handle food with particularly strong flavors, like Haggis, for example. The experience of eating it is kind of like… suddenly getting hit with a faceful of Geo Specter out of nowhere. Does that make sense to you?

Normal Attack: Weaving Blade
Normal Attack: Chiori performs up to four rapid strikes.
Charged Attack: She consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash two rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill: Fluttering Hasode
She dashes forward, and once the dash ends, she summons an automaton doll, “Tamoto,” beside her and sweeps her blade upward, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on her ATK and DEF. Holding the skill would allow you to manipulate where Chiori would dash.
Tamoto: Will slash at nearby opponents at intervals, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on Chiori’s ATK and DEF. If there’s another Geo Construct(s) (such as Zhongli’s), an additional Tamoto will be summoned. Only one additional Tamoto can be summoned in this manner.

Elemental Burst: Hiyoku: Twin Blades
Twin blades leave their sheaths as Chiori slices with the clean cuts of a master tailor, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on her ATK and DEF.

Passive: Tailor-Made
After using Fluttering Hasode’s upward sweep, you gain different effects depending on your next action within a short duration. If you Press the Elemental Skill, you will trigger the Tapestry effect. If you Press your Normal Attack, the Tailoring effect will be triggered instead.
Tapestry: Pressing the Elemental Skill button again will switch to the next character in your roster.
Grants all your party members “Seize the Moment”: When your active party member’s Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks hit a nearby opponent, “Tamoto” will execute a coordinated attack, dealing 100% of Fluttering Hasode’s upward sweep DMG as AoE Geo DMG at the opponent’s location. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG. “Seize the Moment” lasts 8 seconds, and 1 of Tamoto’s coordinated attacks can be unleashed every 2 seconds. Two such coordinated attacks can occur per “Seize the Moment” effect duration.
Tailoring: Doing a normal attack will give Chiori Geo infusion for 5s.
Note: When on the field, if Chiori does not either Press her Elemental Skill or use a Normal Attack within a short time after using Fluttering Hasode’s upward sweep, the Tailoring effect will be triggered by default.

When any party member is wearing an outfit other than their default outfit or a wind glider other than the Wings of First Flight, your party members will obtain the Swift Stride effect: Movement SPD is increased by 10%.
Note: This effect does not occur in Domains, Trounce Domains, and the Spiral Abyss. Swift Stride does not stack.

Additional Constellations for Chiori can also be good if you have enough Primogems. Here are all six of her Constellations:

– Triggers the Passive Talent “The Finishing Touch.” This effect requires you to unlock the Passive Talent “The Finishing Touch.”
