Deadlock Tier List Explained

Dynamo
A support hero focused on battlefield control. Thoroughly capable of buffing allies and debuffing enemies, Dynamo requires more skill and coordination to be effective compared to others. Interestingly, was banned in 87.5% Aurora Deadlock Masters games recently.
Kelvin
A tank with strong battlefield control through ice-based abilities. He can freeze, slow enemies, and sustain through crowd control. Kelvin’s healing dome and versatility in support roles make him a valuable asset in most team compositions.
A Tier
Abrams
A strong tank with high survivability, mobility, and damage output. Abrams is versatile and excels in both tanking and damage-dealing roles, making him a reliable pick for any team.
Haze
Extremely versatile with her mist-based abilities, Haze can deal significant damage and debuff enemies. Her stealth and escape mechanics make her a flexible, powerful pick in both early and late-game phases. Her damage and utility make her effective in many compositions.
Mo & Krill
A super tank with massive lockdown abilities, healing, and strong escape mechanics. Though vulnerable to anti-healing and struggles in open combat, Mo & Krill excels in disruption and is difficult to kill.
Pocket excels as a versatile combatant, capable of dishing out damage while protecting teammates. Strong support and decent offense make Pocket reliable in a variety of team compositions.
Shiv
Shiv is a lethal, aggressive attacker. Strong burst potential and evasive abilities make them dangerous in direct combat. Requires careful timing but delivers major damage when played well.
B Tier
Ivy
Versatile, able to switch between damage-dealing, support, and tank roles. Despite this flexibility, Ivy’s effectiveness depends on team coordination.
Grey Talon
A stealthy assassin with high mobility and burst damage. While potent in the right hands, Grey Talon is high-risk, requiring precise coordination for effectiveness.
Lash
A high-action, close-combat hero with strong crowd control and combo mechanics. However, Lash is difficult to master and vulnerable to ranged attacks, making him harder to utilize effectively.
Paradox
A creative playmaking hero that bends space and time, with abilities that swap positions with enemies. Paradox can be difficult to use and relies on coordination, which limits her effectiveness.
Seven
Seven is balanced with good utility but lacks standout strengths. While capable in support and DPS, their overall impact is often overshadowed by more specialized characters.
Viscous
Viscous is durable with high defense but lacks offensive firepower. Best used in tanking roles, though limited in providing game-changing moments beyond absorbing damage.
C Tier
Infernus
A sustained damage dealer with fire-based abilities. While strong in consistent damage output, Inferus is vulnerable to burst damage, placing him in the B tier.
Lady Geist
A vampire-like duelist who uses her own health to cast abilities and drain opponents. Her strong 1v1 potential and ultimate can turn fights, but she struggles in large team fights due to her slow rate of fire.
Vindicta
A dominant powerhouse, Vindicta thrives in both offense and defense. Her versatility, combined with her powerful skillset, makes her a formidable force in any team composition.
Warden
Warden controls the battlefield with superior crowd control abilities. Great at locking down enemies, but their effectiveness is dependent on team coordination.
Wraith
Stealthy and elusive, Wraith excels in assassination tactics. Perfect for hit-and-run strategies, they are lethal in skilled hands, making them a top pick for high-level play.
Yamato
Yamato is a solid all-rounder but lacks the flair of higher-tier characters. Good at both offense and defense, but doesn’t quite shine in either area.
D Tier
Bebop
A high-damage bruiser with powerful burst potential. However, Bebop relies heavily on team synergy and can be vulnerable to ranged attacks, placing him lower than more versatile heroes.
McGinnis
An engineer hero with a versatile kit. Her turrets, healing, and wall mechanics make her a solid early and mid-game hero for beginners. While she lacks mobility and crowd control, her support capabilities are decent enough.
