Cookie Overview
MYSTIC FLOUR COOKIE is our first introduction to Cookie Run: Kingdom’s newest rarity, the Beast Cookies. These Cookies are deemed as powerful as the Ancient Heroes but chose to lead the wayward path. Mystic Flour Cookie is a healer unit with a special capability to ward off Zap or Overcurrent attacks. Moreover, she also has the ability to shield and heal allies even after her demise.
Skill
Whispers of Apathy
Creates the Realm of Apathy, shielding the allies with the Cocoon of Futility. Allies within the Realm of Apathy have their HP periodically restored. They will also gain the Meaningless Whispers buff. Once the duration of the Realm of Apathy is over, the allies will be Healed for a portion of the DMG they have dealt.
The Cocoon of Futility cannot be Dispelled or removed by Zap or Overcurrent. The effect will remain even after the HP Shield reaches 0 capacity. If the target is at Max HP, incoming Healing will restore the HP Shield instead.
If an enemy Cookie enters the Realm of Apathy, their Cooldown will be increased, and their ATK SPD will be reduced. They will also be debuffed with the Pale Plague, increasing the remaining Cooldown when dispelled.
Mystic Flour Cookie will increase her own DMG Resist based on the decreased amount of Cooldown. Her Lantern of Apathy will keep healing the allies regardless of Mystic Flour Cookie’s current status and will be further enhanced when she is defeated.
If there are no Safeguarded Cookies in the team, Mystic Flour Cookie cannot be incapacitated, and the amount of Healing coming from the Lantern of Apathy will be greatly increased. Ally Cookies will also be provided with Buff Protection.
Mystic Flour Cookie is immune to Apathy along with all targets of the Cocoon of Futility and disrupts the Power of Apathy effect affecting enemies.

Thanks to Mystic Flour Cookie’s ability to minimize or completely ward off Zap or Overcurrent damage, she is an effective counter-strategy to the current Stormbringer Cookie meta. Moreover, her continuous healing and shielding are highly valuable for team comps with “squishier” DPS units, like Frost Queen Cookie or Creme Brulee Cookie.
World Exploration
Mystic Flour Cookie’s Lantern of Apathy passive is highly valuable when faced against enemies with burst damage and high HP. Having a healer who not only grants HP regeneration but also Damage Resist is a great option when facing Dark Mode and Master Mode explorations.
Magic Candy
As the first Beast Cookie, Mystic Flour Cookie may set the standard for upcoming units of this rarity. Ancient Hero Cookies will most likely feature a Crystal Jam or Magic Candy first, then the Beast Cookies.
How to Get
Light of Apathy Gacha
Upon Mystic Flour Cookie’s addition on the May 22 update, she was made available in the special Light of Apathy Gacha with a special rate of 0.301%. The Beast Gacha requires a special in-game currency obtainable through the event quests or in the shop to pull for Mystic Flour Cookie.
