Cookie Overview
STORMBRINGER COOKIE is a Legendary Cookie. Her priority placement is in the front, as she is a Charge-type cookie. Stormbringer Cookie is hailed as the ruler of the skies, bearing her mighty spear known as the “Heaven Splitter.” She is also one of the cookies with a Lightning element in the game.
Skill
Lightning Blitzstorm
Stormbringer Cookie, the ruler of the skies and lightning, becomes Supercharged when her CRIT% exceeds a certain percentage at the start of the battle, granting Supercharge buffs to Electricity-type ally Cookies.
When Stormbringer Cookie becomes Supercharged, her regular attacks trigger Chain Lightning after a certain number of hits. Upon using her skill, she swings her Heaven Splitter, dealing damage to enemies and inflicting Zap.
Whenever ally Cookies deal Electricity-type damage, it activates Stormbringer’s Aura and inflicts Stormbringer’s Punishment upon a certain amount of stacks.
Stormbringer’s Punishment deals damage and inflicts Overcurrent on enemies. If enemies are inflicted with Zap, they receive extra damage and their status changes to Overcurrent. Stormbringer’s Aura resets when Stormbringer’s Punishment is activated.
Best Build
 | As one of Stormbringer Cookie’s best strengths is the Supercharged ability which is based on CRIT%, she is often built with Juicy Apple Jellies. This would be more beneficial if you have another cookie on the frontline (such as a Defense Cookie like Financier or Holly Berry Cookie) that will allow Stormbringer Cookie to cause more damage without needing to tank enemy damage. |
 | If you do not have Epic-rarity Juicy Apple Jellies yet, Searing Raspberries can serve as a placeholder for Stormbringer Cookie’s toppings. While many prioritize ATK to boost Cookie power, having CRIT% on Stormbringer synergizes better in her kit. |

Best For
Kingdom Arena
I currently have Stormbringer Cookie in my Arena team. She is an S+ Cookie for the Kingdom Arena, thanks to her high damage and Zap-type attacks that easily bypass HP Shields. Stormbringer Cookie is great against Crimson Coral Cookie and Elder Faerie Cookie.
World Exploration
Stormbringer Cookie is a great addition for Exploration teams, particularly for Chapters 14 and above. Zap-type and Electricity Cookies are ideal to combat enemies with great healing and HP Shields.
Magic Candy
Unlike fellow Legendary Cookies, Stormbringer Cookie is yet to have a Crystal Jam (available through the Trial Grounds game mode). However, players may expect Stormbringer Cookie to have a special Crystal Jam upgrade in future updates.

Legendary Gacha
Stormbringer Cookie is currently available through a special Legendary Gacha with higher chances than the normal banner. However, the Legendary Gacha needs Lightning Bolts instead of Cookie Cutters to pull. You can accomplish tasks in the Lightning Bolt event to gather enough points to pull for Stormbringer Cookie.
Log-in Event
Unlike previous Legendary releases, Devsisters introduced a special way for free-to-play and casual players to get Stormbringer Cookie. The limited Log-in Event calls for players to log in to Cookie Run: Kingdom for 10 days (non-consecutive) to get Stormbringer Cookie. Despite reaching nearly 200 pulls in the Legendary Gacha, I was only able to get my Stormbringer Cookie with the Log-in Event.
