Cookie Overview
FROST QUEEN COOKIE is a Legendary Cookie and one of the most powerful cookies in Cookie Run: Kingdom. This magic-type cookie possesses special attack damage dealing with Frost or Ice-type damage, making enemies immobile and pausing their cooldown. Due to Frost Queen’s high damage and special Crystal Jam, she cemented her status as one of the best units for Kingdom Arena.
Skill
Eternal Frost
Casts an ice squall, dealing damage, freezing all enemies, and applying the Frost debuff. Once Frozen, the targets’ Cooldown will be paused and will receive an additional portion of damage when thawed. Targets resistant to Freezing receive only a portion of the DMG. If the Freeze debuff is dispelled, the targets will not receive the additional damage. Frost Queen Cookie herself is immune to freezing. While Frost Queen Cookie is using her skill, she will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.
Single hit DMG: Ice Damage 67.8%
Freeze: 2.0 sec
DMG after Freeze: Ice Damage 271.2% of ATK; targets resistant to Freezing receive only 70.0% of DMG
Frost: enemies hit by Freezing Squall are affected with -10.0% ATK SPD, Freeze DMG +140.0% (capped at 350%) for 20 sec
Best Toppings
If Frost Queen Cookie is your primary damage-dealer in your team, she deserves her best-in-slot toppings. Even if you weren’t playing during the special event, you could still get the Frosted Crystal Raspberry through the Special Episodes game feature in CRK. The Icicle Yeti’s Winter Song Special Episode rewards players with Frosted Crystal Toppings chests from the Episode Store. | |
If you have more than two damage-dealing cookies in your team, your Frost Queen Cookie could benefit from lower cooldown rates with a Frosted Crystal Chocolate topping. The perk of using Chocolate toppings is that Frost Queen will apply frost and immobilize enemies more often. |
Priority Substats: Cooldown, ATK
Best For
Kingdom Arena
If there has been a “mainstay cookie” in my Kingdom Arena team, it would be Frost Queen Cookie. She has made herself formidable and irreplaceable since the addition of her Crystal Jam, which allows her to be the Team Leader. Moreover, the immobilize (and paused enemy cooldowns) when Frost Queen Cookie freezes her enemies are one of the best skills for the Arena.
Cookie Alliance
Given her ability to immobilize enemies and pause cooldowns, Frost Queen Cookie is also a great option for your main team in Cookie Alliance. For more powerful Ice-element damage, make sure to level up your Numbing Chill Artifact, which also includes better Crit% for the whole team.
Living Abyss
If you’re looking for the cookie to complete your team against the Living Abyss, Frost Queen will surely heed your call! As one of the Living Abyss’ most threatening properties is to reduce your team’s ATK SPD, the Frost Queen Cookie’s immunity to ATK SPD changes, thanks to her Crystal Jam, makes her a great option for this battle.
Magic Candy
The Frost Queen Cookie is one of the first three Legendary Cookies to have a Crystal Jam. This Crystal Jam is obtainable through the Permafrost Plains mode in Trial Grounds. Each player has seven successful battle attempts available each week, translating to around one to two levels of Crystal Jam per week.
How to Get
Cookie Gacha
The most upfront way to get any cookie of any rarity is through the Cookie Gacha. However, obtaining Legendary Cookies may not be as simple as recruiting Epic-rarity cookies in your team. All Legendary Cookies nearly have the same probabilities as Ancient Hero Cookies.
The Legends Return
Good thing is that you don’t need to spend all your gems and hope for Frost Queen Cookie to come home! Cookie Run: Kingdom has a permanent event, The Legends Return, that lets players obtain a special Legendary Cookie chest, which lets them choose between Black Pearl Cookie, Sea Fairy Cookie, and Frost Queen Cookie to take home.
Obtain Soulcores
While Ancient Hero Cookies and Legendary Cookies have the same probability, what makes Legendary cookies different is that you can obtain their Soulcores in the specialty shops in the game. You can check the Rainbow Shop Gallery, Kingdom Arena Shop, and Guild Battle Shop for Frost Queen Cookie Soulcores.
