Solo Leveling: ARISE unveils the global release launch date for PC, Android, and iOS!
Solo Leveling: ARISE is an upcoming action role-playing gacha game (RPG) developed by Netmarble, the creators of Arena of Valor and Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds. This is based on the popular South Korean web novel and webtoon ‘Solo Leveling’ by Chugon and Jang Sung-rak, respectively.
The game is heavily anticipated by players and fans of web novels, webtoons, and anime. In less than a week, it surpassed 5 million pre-registrations. The latest update revealed that they have surpassed 12 million pre-registrations, which may indicate the game’s potential for success.
The official X account of Solo Leveling: ARISE has finally confirmed that the game’s global release will be on May 8, 2024.
The Solo Leveling: ARISE team expressed their gratitude to fans, “Thanks to your tremendous support, the global release is just around the corner!” They also urged players to continue pre-registering before the official launch to gain rewards.
While many Solo Leveling fans seem to be excited for the release of the game with one stating, “Let’s GO! First game I am excited about after #LostArk in 2018 KR server!” Some wanted the devs to fix the game’s issues and for them to listen to the community.
There were many pleas from players to fix Gold in the game, as it seems to be used in a lot of upgrades. A Reddit user shared that the game needs a way to farm gold or provide players with more rewards. They shared that they already worry about gems to draw on the banners, and Gold becomes a hassle since they couldn’t level up their weapons, hunters, or artifacts.
Another player shared that Gold is the biggest problem of the game as it forces them to buy the monthly bundles. They also pointed out how repetitive the game was after finishing the story and called for more content for the game.
While it is exciting that Solo Leveling: ARISE will be released globally on May 8, there seem to be a few issues that need fixing. With many upcoming gacha games like Wuthering Waves, the devs may need to focus on changes to improve the game before the launch.
