Unlocking Trinkets by Claiming Combat Mastery
The Stardew Valley 1.6 update introduced the Mastery Secret Room, allowing players who maxed out all their stats, from Farming to Combat, to claim their respective Mastery. You cannot enter the room if you haven’t completely maxed out all the skills and instead would be greeted with this text:
To get to the Mastery Secret Room, you’ll have to go south from your farm, entering the area where Marnie’s Ranch is. You’ll need to head southeast, the same path you take when heading to the sewers.
Combat Mastery
Claiming the Combat Mastery would give you the following perks:
- Anvil – Allows you to re-forge trinkets, randomizing their stats. It costs 3 iridium bars per use.
- Mini-Forge – Now, you can use a dwarvish forge from the convenience of your home.
- Trinkets Slot – Unlocks a new equipment slot for trinkets. Trinkets can be found while adventuring and grant special powers.
How to Get Trinkets
Players who wish to get Trinkets need to explore the different areas with monsters. These would include the Mines, the Skull Cavern, the Quarry Mine, the Mutant Bug Lair, and the Volcano Dungeon. You would need to keep defeating monsters as they have a chance to drop a Trinket.

These are the discovered Trinkets in the Stardew Valley 1.6 update and their descriptions or effects when equipped. Anything noted with “X” means that it can be reforged and randomized using the Anvil.
